The Services We Provide

We diagnose and repair faults in water dispensers, including cooling and heating problems, leaks, pump and tap faults, sensor and control issues, gas refilling, and full cleaning and sanitization. We aim to offer same-day or next-day service across our coverage areas, depending on availability and your location. We carry common spare parts so that most repairs can be completed in a single visit. Some repairs, however, may require a specific part to be ordered, in which case we will tell you the expected cost and timing before we proceed and arrange a return visit at a time that suits you.

Booking a Service

When you book a service, you agree to give us accurate and complete information about your water dispenser, the fault, and the address where the unit is located. This helps our technician arrive prepared and reach you without delay. If any of the details you provide change before the visit, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update your booking.

Inspection, Quotes, and Approval

After our technician inspects your dispenser, we explain the fault clearly and give you a fixed price before any repair work begins. Work only starts once you approve that price. Any figure quoted before inspection, whether on the phone or on our website, is an estimate only, because the final price depends on the actual fault found and the parts required. You are never committed to a repair until you have seen the quote and agreed to it.

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is transparent. The cost is agreed with you before work begins, and we do not add hidden charges afterward. Payment is due once the repair is completed and tested, unless we have agreed different terms with you in advance, such as for a maintenance contract or a commercial account. We accept the payment methods stated at the time of booking. Where a part needs to be ordered, any related cost will be confirmed with you before we order it.

Warranty on Our Work

We stand behind the quality of our repairs and provide a warranty on the work we carry out, as confirmed to you at the time of service. If the exact fault we repaired returns within the warranty period, we will return and put it right without charging you again for the labour on that fault.

The warranty applies only to the specific repair we performed and the parts we supplied. It does not cover new or unrelated faults that appear later, normal wear of parts we did not replace, or any problem caused by misuse, accidental damage, electrical supply issues, water quality, tampering, or repair work carried out by anyone other than our technicians. Keeping your proof of service helps us process any warranty claim quickly.

Your Responsibilities

To allow us to work safely and efficiently, you agree to give our technician reasonable and safe access to the water dispenser and the area around it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for telling us about any known hazards at the location, such as electrical or plumbing issues. If our technician is unable to access the unit or cannot carry out the work safely, we may need to reschedule the visit, and a call-out charge may apply where this has been agreed with you in advance.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please tell us as early as you can so we can offer the appointment to another customer. We may also need to reschedule a visit where circumstances beyond our control prevent us from attending, and if that happens we will contact you promptly to arrange a new time that works for you.

Limitation of Liability

We carry out every repair with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, or for damage that already existed before our visit, that arose from a pre-existing or hidden fault, or that was caused by misuse, electrical supply problems, water quality, or other factors outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law. Our total liability for any claim relating to a repair will not exceed the amount you paid us for that repair.

Intellectual Property
